A bedtime story from Gramma
Making their own pizzaI hope everyone had a wonderful day. I had a great day! Joel prepared a feast this morning that I was lucky enough to enjoy with my own Mom. My boys presented me with some handmade treasures. I took a nap before enjoying a solitary wonder through the greenhouse dreaming of future landscaping, went to the library, watched a movie by myself (P.S. I Love You.....it was a bit of a tear jerker and maybe a bit sappy but I liked it).
Luca decided he wanted to be dressed up for most of the weekend. The Batman costume is way to big and the Jack Jack costume is too small but he didn't seem to mind.
We are off to Banff for the long weekend and we are all VERY excited! We are staying at the Douglas Fir Resort (http://www.douglasfir.com/) which is very family friendly so if the weather doesn't cooperate we will have plenty to do. I told Luca we could go for a pony ride and he went to bed tonight asking if tomorrow was "horsey day".

We stayed at Douglas Fir last year and had a wonderful time - we loved the pools there with the slides and the indoor playground and it is just down the hill from their very own hoodoos :) Enjoy your visit :)
