Turkey Day
It isn't officially Thanksgiving but we are having our supper tonight. I made my 1st ever pie from scratch this morning. Hope it tastes as good as it looks. Mmmmmmm.....apple pie!!
I need to learn to make good pastry....I've always been useless at pastry! I can bake most things so well, but my pastry is terrible! You've inspired me to try again!

I have to admit Jane is tasted pretty fabulous! I used granny smith and macintosh apples and it was perfect!
